CW Underwater Cellar is the biggest and only professional underwater cellar in the world. Our story began as a mussel farm, where our founder used to host winemaker friends. One day, they left some wine behind, and he decided to see what would happen if he put it in the sea. This experiment soon became a passion project, and after six years of perfecting the technique, CW Underwater Cellar was born.
