not a winery.

While we don’t produce any wine on our own, we partner with high-quality producers from France, Italy, Spain and Germany, in some of the highest esteemed wine regions in the world.

All of the wines are aged independently, with the wineries’ consent.

Our underwater infrastructure works in harmony with nature, and the results speak for themselves. Wildlife has returned to the valley, and our bottles are covered in corals, mostly made up of little worms that clean the sea bed. This biodiversity allows us to create state-of-the-art bottle designs.

The bottles age in the absence of light, complete silence and constant temperature, while being exposed to the continuous pressure and vibrations from the sea current. This dynamic environment accelerates the aging process and contributes to the unique character of our wines.

Our team regularly performs control dives to ensure everything is in order, taking sample bottles for analysis and further research and development.
We’re proud to produce a significant number of bottles each year, each with a unique taste that can be only achieved through our innovative ageing process.
